Return Policy:

We offer a 15 days return period for non-damaged & as per return condition Policy products, for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 15 days with purchase invoice of the goods. 
Return requests after 15 days will not be accepted.
If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the delivery time, please send a return request to service@horecasupplyer.com or Whats App +971 50998 4650 with a picture.

Product may return during the delivery time if:

  • Product does not meet the user’s expectations.
  • Found damaged during delivery time.
  • Have doubts about the product quality and quantity.
  • Finds product unusable.

Product Return with in 15 Days if:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws.
  • The Products that not have been damaged due to misuse.
  • The Product that not has been Incidental damage due to malfunctioning.
  • The Products that not have been used, altered, assembled, or installed, unless they are defective.
  • The Products that not have been tampered & Available serial or UPC numbers.
  • The damaged or defective product which is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • The product that is returned with all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the products delivered.
  • If this is Refundable & Exchangeable Product.
  • The Products that have been assembled by Branded, unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to check for defects and will repair or replace the defective products at our discretion.

We are continuously monitor the account of customers with excessive requests for returns and refunds. We take the necessary steps to prevent this.

Exchange Policy:

We prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can exchange it within 15 days with purchase invoice under the following conditions.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • The following items are not eligible for exchange: sale items, personalized products, or perishable goods.
  • Exchanges must be initiated within 15 days from the date of purchase.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. Once we receive your item, we will process your exchange within 7 business days.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Policy:

If your product is eligible for a refund and once we have completed the quality evaluation or cancellation of item(s), we and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Please remember, It's can take some time for your bank or credit card company process formalities and post the refund too.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected information form Bank or Credit Card division.

  • The processing time of your refund depends on the type of refund and the payment method you used.
  • The refund period or process starts when the horecasupplyer has processed your refund according to your refund type.
  • The refund amount covers the item price and shipping fee for your returned product.
